Restoration of the Sculpture Garden
It was in the mid-1980s, while studying at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, when landed this incredible project: seven monumental sculptures. These works are inspired by the microscopic world, representing fascinating diatoms, aquatic plants.
The Project of a Lifetime: A Return in Color to Sorbonne University
It is with great emotion and immense honor that I invite you to (re)discover my work, the Sculpture Garden, on the Pierre and Marie Curie campus of Sorbonne University.
A few decades ago, between 1986 and 1987, after completing my MFA at the University of San Diego, California, I was continuing my studies at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris when I landed this incredible project: a commission for seven monumental sculptures. Inspired by the microscopic world, these forms represent diatoms, fascinating aquatic plants.
Today, after extensive restoration work, my work has regained its former colors and looks brand new !
